About us

Luxury Stores is a trading name of Indoor Luxury Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 09590027). VAT registration pending. Our stores include Indoor Luxury, Garden Luxury, Office Luxury, Candle Luxury, Lighting Luxury, and Rug Luxury.

Orders and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders. Delivery to non-mainland UK addresses incurs a surcharge of £29.95. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. Made-to-order items may take 8-12 weeks.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@luxurystores.co.uk to arrange a return.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us. Once dispatched, the returns policy above applies.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
